Responsibilities

Coordinating and updating client schedules, services, and caregiver assignments while ensuring accuracy in documentation, billing, and payroll

Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service concerns, and incident reporting, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and resolution

Supporting caregiver performance through coaching, documentation, time-off coordination, and collaboration with HR on corrective actions when needed

Monitoring daily service delivery to ensure caregivers arrive, complete assignments, and remain compliant with regulatory, contractual, and company standards

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support client and caregiver retention initiatives, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality care experience
