Responsibilities
Track and manage internal action items, milestones, and deliverables across multiple programs
Support closure of corrective actions, risks, and opportunities through coordinated follow-up
Draft and maintain corporate work transfers and ensure affiliate sites receive complete and timely documentation
Serve as the key liaison between Program Managers and functional departments (engineering, supply chain, quality, etc.)
Organize and facilitate internal program sync meetings, capture notes, and drive accountability on task owners
Update and manage project timelines, deliverable trackers, and other PM tools
Assist in preparing executive-level summaries and reports for leadership visibility
Maintain and monitor shared folders, trackers, and collaboration platforms
Help identify process bottlenecks or improvement opportunities to enable smoother program execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field or 2–5 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting large, complex projects or programs
Proven ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through and documentation
Preferred
Aerospace/Defense experience
Experience working in a DoD or Aerospace & Defense environment
Familiarity with Boeing processes or customer programs
PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications
Experience with project tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar
