Responsibilities
Welcome guests and members to the pool and beach; assist with seating, towels, umbrellas, and cabanas
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, attentive service
Set up and maintain lounge chairs and umbrellas to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation
Assist with menu knowledge and coordinate food and beverage orders with service teams
Maintain organization and cleanliness of pool and beach areas, including furniture and amenities
Communicate guest preferences, requests, and concerns to leadership and supporting teams
Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest comfort and compliance with resort policies
Work professionally and collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Support Pool, Beach, and Food & Beverage teams during peak periods or special events

Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
US work authorization is required
Preferred
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is a plus
Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards is preferred
