Responsibilities

Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions

Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery

Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market

Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans

Apply knowledge of Workday Supply Chain to drive efficiency and operational excellence

Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members

Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities

Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business

Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across healthcare, finance, and other industries

Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management

Serve as a Workday SCM workstream lead during implementations

Develop, maintain and update the Workday SCM implementation plan including data conversion, testing, and requirements gathering

Prepare for and lead Workday SCM design workshops to define requirements, future state process flows, configuration specifications, etc

Configure Workday SCM and facilitate user testing

Lead and participate in supplier master data harmonization, conversion and validation efforts, including leveraging AI/ML tools to facilitate the process

Design and implement solutions leveraging process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, and blockchain

Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions; lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday SCM

Implement best practices for Workday SCM to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with applicable standards

Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities, recommending solutions or enhancements

Lead and perform Workday application control reviews and risk assessments

Assess a Workday SCM platform in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort is a plus

Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data

Establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives

Translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives

Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate

Required

Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management

Experience leading and performing Workday application control reviews and risk assessments

Experience assessing a Workday SCM platform in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort is a plus

Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives

Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance, etc.)

5+ years working in professional services

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access

Preferred

Professional Certification such as Workday Financials/Supply Chain preferred
