The Aspenwood Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the operational performance of communities within the assigned region. This role involves guiding executive directors, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring high-quality service for residents in the senior living sector.

Responsibilities

Provide direct daytoday oversight of operations and management for communities within the assigned region

Collaborate with senior management to provide operational guidance, establish strategic operating goals, and develop strategies to achieve them

Partner with the CFO to drive annual community budgets, develop operating and capital budget guidelines, and implement necessary adjustments

Ensure strategic goals are communicated clearly and implemented effectively across field management teams

Identify trends or fluctuations impacting outcomes and implement corrective practices to improve performance

Ensure all direct reports and executive directors are fully informed of operational objectives

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team on key planning initiatives

Monitor and assess individual performance, providing coaching, feedback, development opportunities, and performance management

Establish annual team and individual goals aligned with organizational objectives

Ensure all policies and procedures comply with state, local, and federal regulations

Ensure all services meet the highest standards and align with industry best practices

Demonstrate understanding of compliance and ethics program policies and procedures

Complete all mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and regulatory training as required

Positively contribute to the company’s culture, energy, and growth

Serve as a member of the corporate emergency response team

Maintain a professional appearance and personal hygiene per company policies

Demonstrate knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the aging population

Perform other duties as assigned
