Lead and manage the KPMG Oracle database migration team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines

Provide technical direction and oversight for Oracle database migration activities

Coordinate effectively with KPMG's offshore (KGS) team to ensure seamless project execution

Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

Facilitate client workshops and regular status meetings to communicate progress and address concerns

Oversee the development and execution of secure, compliant migration strategies for large Oracle databases

Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout the migration lifecycle
