Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and related security tools
Administer Zoom, including AI, telephony, and SMS
Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security configuration
Support onboarding and IT integration for acquired firms
Maintain a high level of responsiveness & customer service in a fully online, wealth mgt environment
Partner with Thrive to maintain a professional and productive relationship

Required

Bachelor's degree is required
5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / Azure administration experience
Deep understanding of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Defender suite
Strong security and vulnerability management background
Presentation, communication and customer service skills appropriate for wealth management firm

Preferred

Experience supporting financial or regulated environments
