Responsibilities

Administer Medications and Provide Personal Care: Follow physician's orders and community guidelines for administering routine medications and providing assistance with ADL care as needed

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate medical records and report any reactions or medication refusals to the licensed nurse

Vital Sign Monitoring: Take resident vital signs and observe any responses or side effects

Shift Communication: Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions

Customer Satisfaction: Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest quality care and services are provided resulting in overall customer satisfaction

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all resident rights, state, and federal regulations, including infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines
