Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Workday system, including user access management, security roles, and system configurations

Partner with business teams to configure, update, and enhance Workday-related workflows

Manage and optimize core Workday functionalities, including compensation, benefits, talent management, and absence tracking

Develop, configure, and implement reports, calculated fields, and dashboards

Design, deploy, and maintain system integrations in coordination with other departments, including Information Technology (IT) Department, ensuring smooth data exchange with other platforms

Stay informed on system updates and emerging features to maximize system performance

Maintain system roadmap and oversee implementation of feature enhancements

Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
