Administrative Assistant - Part-Time
Touching Hearts at Home is a nationally recognized in-home companion care company dedicated to helping older adults age safely and comfortably at home. They are seeking a reliable and organized part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and promote the company’s core values.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Provide basic scheduling support to care partners using WellSky
Assist with billing, payroll, and administrative documentation
Support caregiver scheduling as needed
Maintain office supplies, files, and records
Prepare ID badges, client binders, and office materials
Assist with flyers, events, and employee recognition activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Microsoft applications experience required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, team-oriented attitude
