Manage and litigate a wide variety of civil cases, including all phases from pleadings to trial

Develop strategies, draft motions, conduct depositions, and appear in court on behalf of clients

Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, non-hierarchical environment

Deliver strong client service through clear communication and advocacy

Required

5 years minimum of civil litigation experience, ideally with significant courtroom exposure

Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with a proven track record of successful outcomes

Licensed to practice in South Carolina
