Litter Coordinator (Natural Resource Specialist 5)
IAP2 USA is looking to fill a Litter Coordinator (Natural Resource Specialist 5) position within their Solid Waste Management program. In this role, you will oversee crews for litter cleanup, manage a program budget, and collaborate with state and local governments on waste management initiatives.

Responsibilities
Travel throughout Ecology’s Southwest Region to oversee crews hired for cleaning up litter and illegal dumps
Manage a program budget and maintain a vehicle fleet
Ensure supplies are in stock and hire work crew members
Work with state and local governments on litter and illegal dump cleanup and prevention measures
Oversee grants related to the program
Qualification
Required
Must live within a commutable distance from the duty station
Ability to travel throughout Ecology's Southwest Region
Experience in overseeing crews for cleaning up litter and illegal dumps
Ability to manage a program budget
Ability to maintain a vehicle fleet
Ability to ensure supplies are in stock
Experience in hiring work crew members
Ability to work with state and local governments on litter and illegal dump cleanup
Experience in oversight of grants
Entry-level supervisory experience
