Connecting with our members to discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time, etc
Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Passion for guest services and hospitality
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
Preferred
Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area is a plus
Experience in a similar role is a plus
