Responsibilities

This person will read the information on the order ticket and collect the accurate materials to be sewn
The operator takes the side border of the mattress and sews it to the bottom cloth panel
While sitting, the operator uses hand movement to push the border through the sewing machine jaws as it is sewn to the panel
Uses sewing machine to sew border, bottom panel and flange material together to form the bottom covering of a one-sided mattress
