BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst In Clinic
Wonderway ABA Services is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join their remote team. The role involves assessing clients, writing treatment plans, supervising clients and RBTs, and coaching families on treatment strategies, all while working from home.

Responsibilities
Assessments and write up treatment plans
Supervise clients and RBTs remotely (mostly through video calls)
Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed
Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home
Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team
Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can
Qualification
Required
BCBA certification (must have)
Master's degree in ABA or a related field
Bachelor's degree or higher (required)
Active BCBA certification (required)
U.S.-based and eligible to work in the U.S
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred)
Solid telehealth/remote experience is a big plus
Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing
Great communication and time-management skills
Able to stay organized and work independently from home
