Spa Reception Attendant @ Alvea Spa & Fitness
BlueStar Resort & Golf is a resort featuring various club experiences, including a full-service spa. They are seeking a Spa Reception Attendant to manage the front desk, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome members and guests in an energetic and friendly fashion, according to Trilogy protocol, via phone or onsite
Respond to requests and direct calls to staff members and relay messages
Schedule spa reservations
Maintain daily standard operating procedures for the opening
Be aware of the daily Club calendar and become knowledgeable about facility services and programs to encourage members and guests to dine in the restaurants and participate in other spa, salon, and fitness services
Sell retail products
Handle cash and card transactions, ensure charges are accurate, and return correct change to guests
Report maintenance and safety issues to the Spa & Fitness Manager or maintenance staff
Assist with administrative projects, as requested
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
One year related receptionist, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of fitness, aquatics, salon, and spa standards a plus
Computer literate
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; must be able to calculate discounts, and percentages
Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities
Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with coworkers and the public
Must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently with little supervision
Must demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
Must have good time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is expected
Must be able to pay attention to multiple details and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
This position requires a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
