Responsibilities
Aggregating disparate data sources to build a foundational dataset for capacity analysis
Performing data cleaning and normalization to ensure a high standard for data accuracy and integrity
Developing regression models to identify and connect financial performance with underlying business drivers
Gather raw data from various stakeholders and systems
Conduct audits of opportunity data to identify and clear up anomalies
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by the Finance team and cross-functional partners
Qualification
Required
You are a current undergraduate student at an accredited college or university, with a graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
You can commit to a full-time role (40 hours per week) for eight to ten weeks during the summer
You are enthusiastic about working in a hybrid environment, onsite a minimum of two days per week in Chandler, AZ
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) for data manipulation and modeling
You are a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to translate numbers into a clear business narrative
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and integrity
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; our internship opportunities are not eligible for sponsorship
Preferred
Completed coursework in Statistics, Finance, or Accounting is preferred
