Responsibilities

Keep CNC mills and lathes performing at their best with routine maintenance, diagnostics, and timely repairs
Program, edit, and optimize CNC code to meet production specifications and quality targets
Inspect and test machinery to confirm alignment with safety and quality requirements
Record maintenance activities and track machine performance with clear, complete documentation
Partner with production on improvement ideas and implement practical changes
Share best practices and train teammates in programming and maintenance
Stay current on CNC tech, controls, and tooling trends

Required

Willingness to work flexible hours based on production needs
