Responsibilities

Design and validate AC electrical systems, creating schematics, layouts, and technical documentation to support manufacturing, testing, certification, and customer requirements

Specify safe and effective prototype testing practices

Select and validate electrical components based on NEC, UL, and other industry standards

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet performance, compliance, and operational goals

Required

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and compliance requirements

Experience designing to electrical specifications for power distribution equipment (switchgear, switchboards, transfer switches, loadbanks, generators)

Ability to create detailed technical documentation and specify safe testing practices
