Responsibilities
Responsible for all pre and post-game locker room and courtside setup and teardown of game equipment
Perform all laundry duties including washing, folding, and storing towels and uniforms
Complete all game day duties including, set up of drinks and towels, restocking refreshments and equipment, and assisting the team with rebounding and mopping the court in a proactive and timely manner
Provide needs of players, coaching staff, and WNBA officials as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a customer service environment; previous experience as a Team Attendant a plus
Outstanding work ethic, strong detail orientation with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation to and from the arena
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to work a majority of home games and other events which typically include nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
Availability to maintain a flexible schedule as games are scheduled on nights, weekends
