Assist the manager

Answering new case intakes via phone, email, chat, etc
Gathering basic information about each new case and client
Entering all information into our case intake and case management systems
Following up with potential clients as necessary
Tracking and managing all intakes
Handling case declines and sign-ups as necessary
Other responsibilities as the position develops
Qualification
Required
Must Live in NJ or NY
Must Speak Fluent Spanish And English
Previous experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is required
Bi-lingual proficiency is a must
Compassionate, comforting, and able to convey empathy and care over the phone
Excellent 'phone personality' with a friendly and welcoming tone
Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of extensive data input and follow-up
Preferred
Experience with Neos/Needles case management system is a plus
