Responsibilities

Assist with safety data tracking and compliance recordkeeping
Support incident and near-miss investigations, including documentation and follow-up
Participate in safety inspections and hazard identification activities on the plant floor
Help develop and maintain training records and safety-related documentation
Assist in employee orientation sessions, focusing on health and safety requirements
Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve workplace safety culture

Required

Pursuing a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Industrial Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in workplace safety, compliance, or manufacturing operations
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment exposed to coolant, dust, mist, elevated noise, and variable temperatures
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams
