Responsibilities

Perform pre-funding audits to ensure adherence with Bank guidelines and procedures

Preform Post-Close QC audits of all closed loan documentation to ensure adherence bank, regulatory and investor guidelines

Re-validate prudent loan information in files to ensure their accuracy

Assist in compiling trending data for audit reports for Sr. Management

Communicate decisions to all parties and build relationships with both internal and external partners

Oversight over post-closing reverifications, exclusionary lists, and concurrent rates of post-closing QC vendors

Assist in configuring LoanSafe Fraud Manager via Client Supplied Watchlist, FNMA’s AQM, and other data ingestion
