Lead consulting engagements to solve clients’ toughest problems, deliver measurable outcomes, and support their success and growth

Expand Capgemini’s presence by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and achieving commercial success

Shape practice strategy, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence to strengthen Capgemini’s capabilities

Qualification

Required

Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years)

Track record of success in leading large-scale transformation programs within engineering and manufacturing

Deep knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense sector (key players, product segments, processes, trends and challenges)

Appetite to support growth in other industries beyond A&D, including Automotive, Energy and High-tech sectors

Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE / MBE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations), digital twins, and digital threads

Understanding of the potential of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and their applications in driving innovation and efficiency within the Aerospace & Defense sector

Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives

Proven ability to develop and implement engineering transformation roadmaps in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives

Experience in setting up and industrializing target operating and execution models to enhance efficiency
