Manager, Wealth Business Development
Macquarie Group Limited is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets. They are seeking a Junior Manager in Wealth Business Development to support the growth and distribution of alternative investments to the US Wealth channel, collaborating with the external sales team to secure product approvals and raise capital for private market funds.

Responsibilities
Support the Wealth distribution team by helping secure product approvals, raising capital for private market funds, and providing ongoing service to clients, while maintaining accurate data and coordinating presentations and meetings
Collaborating globally to identify new business opportunities
Developing outreach strategies with external advisors
Building expertise in our Real Assets, Green Investments, and Credit businesses
Working in a highly collaborative environment, contributing to growth and representing MAM in client updates and events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in relationship management or business development within a bank or asset manager, with a strong understanding of the US Wealth Market
Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of stakeholders
Strong project management, multi-tasking abilities, and a strategic mindset focused on execution and delivering results
Demonstrated ability to influence teams and partners, thrive in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented environment, and proactively identify new business opportunities
