Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting/Finance Intern for a 10-week internship. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting and involves supporting various functions and projects within the accounting team.

Responsibilities

Assist in financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements and identifying trends
Project focused: AI tools within finance, AP Automation review, etc
Network Organization and File Cleanup (getting global files and reporting packs organized and housed better)
Development of a Finance Team Quarterly Newsletter/Update
Development/investigation of Mobile Dashboards for deployment to ELT/GLT/BOD
Development of BOD Infographics
A/R Deep Dive: Automation Tools, Process review, Staffing review, Recos
Supply Chain Financing Evaluation. Full customer review, program understanding, and financial optimization given interest rates & cash flow

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks
