Responsibilities
Effectively perform rewinder operations – converting post-press product into finished product by following job jacket instructions
Responsible for ensuring the rewind machine is operating efficiently and producing product that conforms to our high-quality standards
Accurately setup rewind machine to cut and rewind specific counts per customer order
Performance of changeover on time
Inspect and clean equipment regularly and report a need for repairs/maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow established quality management system procedures
Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures
Safely and efficiently perform all essential job functions in accordance with company policies and operating procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Detailed-Oriented and capable of following standard work instructions
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively
