They are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic software development team focused on building innovative solutions across multiple business domains.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Leverage a deep understanding of technical concepts—ideally backed by experience in software development—to support the creation of scalable, effective solutions
Map features, manage product backlogs, and ensure requirements are clearly defined and prioritized for development teams
Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily standups
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data/process flow analysis to uncover business needs
Create detailed documentation using industry-standard tools and templates, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
Provide support for production issues and assist with testing, training, and release activities
Collaborate closely with QA, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of software products
Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to improve product functionality and team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in business analysis, ideally within a technical or software development environment
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Experience with Agile methodologies and active participation in scrum teams
Proven track record of driving clarity in ambiguous situations and delivering high-quality documentation
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a collaborative attitude
