The HR Service Center Representative II plays a key role in supporting employees by managing leave of absence and workers’ compensation cases, as well as serving as a frontline HR resource for employee inquiries related to benefits and policies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions related to benefits, leaves, time off, payroll, HR systems, and policies

Provide timely, accurate guidance while creating a positive employee experience

Manage leave of absence and workers’ compensation cases, including eligibility tracking, documentation, approvals, follow-up, and case closure

Troubleshoot employee self-service and HR system issues

Ensure employee data is accurate across HR systems and flag discrepancies

Escalate complex issues when appropriate and collaborate with HR partners

Act as a subject matter expert for HRSC processes and support training and process improvements

Stay current on HR regulations, including FMLA and state/local leave laws
