Responsibilities
Engage with customers by developing, growing, and maintaining strong relationships
Deliver high-quality services and ensure all project deliverables meet client requirements
Manage projects and programs to achieve successful outcomes while adhering to established procedures
Administer construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager
Review project budgets and schedules, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise
Produce and present reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Manage service delivery to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Proactively communicate with leadership about project challenges and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
5–10 years of experience managing commercial or heavy industrial construction projects, preferably greenfield
Strong knowledge of project management techniques and principles
Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and financial analysis skills
Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
