Responsibilities

Proactively renew contracts, drive revenue growth, and maintain high client satisfaction (NPS)
Develop and execute Client Success Plans and playbooks to achieve account objectives
Build and lead strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes
Serve as client advocate, coordinating internal resources and resolving issues effectively
Partner with Sales and Product to identify growth opportunities and enhance client adoption
Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and ensure seamless delivery of contracted services

Required

Must have experience with upsell and retention strategies specific to Healthcare
Minimum of 5+ years' experience working in an account executive / relationship management capacity, preferably with demonstrable leadership presence and C-level experience
Experience in healthcare IT product retention and upsell strategy directly for health plans and related service providers (e.g., fulfillment, claims platforms, consulting, etc.)
Open to remote, however up to 40% travel to conferences, corporate offices, and client sites will be expected in this role
Managing relationships with complex products and clients
Administrative – ability to simplify the complex, accuracy and attention to detail
Communication - verbal and written; ability to articulate a plan (what, who, when)
Organizational ability to multi-task and prioritize
Manages deadlines
Works independently and as a peer-team leader
Computer proficiency (SalesForce, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Practice Management

Preferred

Tampa preferred, open to Remote with up to 45% travel at times to be expected
Master's degree preferred
