Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to identify, understand, and solve challenges related to the Yardi financial system

Ensure software usage and business process efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization

Participate in the testing and implementation of periodic system upgrades for new plug-ins, hot-fixes and Voyager releases along with the Business Systems Team

Support the successful onboarding and offboarding of Communities for the company’s Yardi platform

Solve helpdesk inquiries related to Yardi module errors or general Yardi questions/issues. Provide outstanding customer service. Alert management of any irregularities or issues including timely integrations

Required

BS in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance or related field

3+ years of experience with technical troubleshooting and user support

Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S required

General Accounting knowledge required, strength in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Reconciliation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

High level of interpersonal and written communication skills

Expert in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems
