Qualification
Required
8+ years' experience in Hart-Scott-Rodio Act (HSR) filings
Substantial experience preparing HSR filings
Familiarity with global merger control processes
JD
Degree from an accredited law school
Admission in the bar for the jurisdiction in which you are applying
8 years of direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong project management skills
Attention to detail
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner
Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product
Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required
Foster positive work relationships
Comply with all firm policies and practices
Engage in both physical and sedentary activity
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Relevant government experience
Superior research, analytical, and writing skills
Candidates in DC, New York, and Philadelphia are preferred
