Responsibilities
Work in tandem with the branch staff to create and distribute relevant pipeline reports and assist in administrative duties associated with loan files
Assist in branch accounting by paying all invoices and completing any other related tasks
Support branch management by monitoring loan accuracy, compliance, and quality control throughout the process
Build foundational knowledge of the loan process including loan applications, credit reports, disclosures, transcripts, and loan program guidelines
Qualification
Required
Ability to multi-task in an environment where priorities and needs change quickly
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Applications
Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to interact effectively with a team
Prior customer service or mortgage banking experience is a plus
