They are seeking a High Ticket Sales Closer to engage with homeowners on consultative calls, close deals, and maintain CRM records while working with hot leads provided by the company.

Responsibilities
Contact warm leads (homeowners who already have solar installed) to qualify interest and set appointments for closers
Learn our proven system, messaging, and process from the ground up
Demonstrate consistency, work ethic, and results under a structured schedule
Prove you're coachable, reliable, and hungry
Engage with homeowners on structured consultative calls with hot, pre-qualified leads
Review client documents and identify unclaimed incentives, upgrades, and cost-saving opportunities
Close deals with confidence using our proven process
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently
Qualification
Required
Strong background in high-ticket or commission-based sales (Solar experience not required)
Comfortable engaging people by phone and text — confident, persuasive, and relentless
Committed to working a minimum of 35 hours per week
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote setting (PC/laptop, WiFi, quiet space, camera & mic)
Comfortable with commission-based compensation (appointment setting has different comp structure than closing)
Comfortable in a 1099 contractor role
