Responsibilities
Perform detailed maintenance, diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties throughout the southern NH area
Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally
Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members
Qualification
Required
Active Gas Fitter license in New Hampshire, or Trainee Card with time almost completed
Proven experience as an HVAC Service or Maintenance Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
Must be age 21, or older
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
Preferred
EPA Certification (Preferred, not necessary)
Oil experience is a plus!
