Guide the philanthropic strategy for TAMU Health
Collaborate closely with academic leadership, faculty, and the Texas A&M Foundation
Secure transformational support for students, faculty, research initiatives, clinical programs, and community health efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in fundraising or a related field
Ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate complex situations
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High motivation, proactive approach, and strong work-ethic
Commitment to the mission and vision of Texas A&M Foundation
Preferred
Master's degree
8+ years of experience in fundraising or a related field
Proven success in fundraising within the healthcare industry
Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), or other comparable certification
Experience in non-profit organization or higher education sectors
Knowledge of donor database management systems, preferably Salesforce
