Regional Sales Manager - Southwest
IntelliSee is a rapidly growing tech startup focused on enhancing safety through artificial intelligence surveillance solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and nurturing client relationships while expanding the company's referral network and supporting strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
Drive revenue and margin: Drive end-client prospects to a purchase decision and margin to drive our mission. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through a combination of direct sales, channel sales, and customer renewal and expansion. Forecast sales to budget for assigned territories and accounts
Develop and manage senior-level prospective client relationships: Leverage and build upon existing personal and professional networks and relationships; Leverage and build upon the relationships / networks of others - including but not limited to: IntelliSee’s board of directors, its executive team, existing and future referral partners, investors, key distribution partners, and insurance carriers and brokers
Nurture relationships to deal close: Drive awareness, interest, decisioning, and action at end-client organizations. Deliver messaging and presentations tailored to the audience and their needs with a compelling message solving real pain points, demonstrating organizational value/ROI, and creating buy decision urgency. Update, maintain and leverage CRM and other available sales tools
Deepen partnerships and sales through others: Manage assigned resellers, AtlasIED partners, and other relationships (e.g. Milestone, Axis, Singlewire, and others) to grow your book of business through enabling, educating, and exciting other organizations about IntelliSee’s award-winning solution
Expand and build IntelliSee’s referral network: Leverage success and relationships to secure additional referrals and prospects / leads. Update IntelliSee’s CRM to ensure alignment across channel sales functions and key distribution partners
Partner with IntelliSee’s Marketing team: Ensure materials, marketing programs, partnerships and leads are leveraged, managed, updated, and relevant; Be the voice of the customer and market
Partner with IntelliSee’s Customer Success and Technical teams: Ensure IntelliSee lives up to its customer-centric culture and aspiration; Ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals, renewals, and expansion sales from existing customers
Manage and deliver forecasts: Work with the Director of Sales & Customer Experience, CFO, and CEO to regularly update sales forecasts, ensure accurate financial outlooks, and drive cash flow discipline while meeting / exceeding targets
Qualification
Required
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and nurturing prospective accounts to close
Relationship-based, outside- / direct-sales experience selling to senior positions within medium to large organizations across all market verticals
Proven ability to forge and develop sincere, meaningful relationships; the ability to self-generate leads, and the ability to nurture leads from initiation to close irrespective of where those leads originated
The ability to penetrate prospective accounts across multiple functions (e.g. risk, facilities, safety/security, Information Technology / IT, etc.) and across multiple levers (e.g. C-suite, SVP's/VP's, Directors, Managers)
The ability to work with and guide IntelliSee partners toward mutually beneficial outcomes
Demonstrated ability to create both outside-sales plans and inside-sales plans that ultimately deliver desired outcomes (profitable revenue growth)
Mission-driven / desire to improve the safety, security, risk, and expense profile of our shared communities
Mission-driven (safer world) team player with irreproachable ethics and the drive to succeed while working independently in a mission-critical role at a fast-paced startup environment
Executive presence and professionalism with excellent communication skills / polish and active listening skills
Strong relationship building, customer empathy, and leadership skills
Strong networking skills with the ability to develop new relationships, and to leverage others' relationships
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and a commitment to maintaining data integrity within IntelliSee's Hubspot platform (use is mandatory)
An ability to assist strategy and scale in a start-up while dually having an attention to detail
The ability to plan, forecast, budget, and deliver in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated, action-oriented, high-energy, competitive, caring and driven
Comfortable and professional presenting to groups or individuals across a variety of organizations and levels
Fast learner, comfortable with technology; Able to plainly represent cutting-edge solutions
Ability to tailor materials / presentations via basic computer skills
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
Applicants must be able to use a computer, telephone, projector, demonstration units, and other typical tools related to the sales and business development processes
Preferred
Actively involved in your local community with a large personal and professional network
End-to-end experience selling technical solutions and Software as a Service (SaaS)
Experience and / or extensive networks in any of the following industries: Assisted living, Healthcare, Education (PK-12, Higher Education), Energy, Retail, Warehousing / logistics, Houses of Worship, Risk, Insurance, Safety, Systems Integrators, Safety, Security, Information Technology
Experience working with and / or managing reseller organizations
