Responsibilities

Identify and invite the right people into targeted roundtable events for the health care industry
Lead or co-host those events and guide meaningful group discussions around topics like AI for patient scheduling, medical billing, and practice management
Build and nurture a niche community of health care professionals
Support a rhythm of follow-up touchpoints after the roundtables
Create authentic outreach that sparks conversation (not copy-paste spam)
Collaborate on long-term engagement workflows and strategies
Occasionally run pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions to go deeper with standout voices in the health care space

Required

Ability to create authentic outreach that sparks conversation
Experience collaborating on long-term engagement workflows and strategies
Willingness to occasionally run pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others
Curiosity and strategic thinking
Ability to lead conversations and ensure valuable outcomes
Intellectual hunger and willingness to learn about AI and its applications

Preferred

Background in community building, partnerships, client success, recruiting, or medical sales
Early in career or somewhere in the middle, hungry to grow
