Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for application onboarding into SailPoint ISC
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze identity and access management needs
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and integration of applications
Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for identity governance solutions
Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting during onboarding activities

Required

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects
Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC application onboarding
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access controls, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions and API integrations
Experience in Agile environments
