End-to-end accounting and month-end close
Building SOPs and scalable finance processes
Managing payroll, AP, AR, and company card platforms
Producing financial statements and leadership reporting
Budgeting, forecasting, and light FP&A
Revenue reporting and sales performance analysis
Acting as the finance partner to the founder and commercial leadership
Preparing the company for its next phase of growth
Qualification
Required
6–12+ years of accounting and finance experience in startup or high-growth environments
Strong Accounting Manager, FP&A Manager, or early Controller ready for a first Head of Finance-style role
Comfortable being hands-on without a large team
Experience owning month-end close and core accounting processes
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting
Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Preferred
CPA a plus, not required
