Responsibilities
Assist with mentoring, training, and developing representatives
Build and strengthen connections within your community
Present the value of our products to business owners
Close opportunities using a proven system developed by our territory
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers
Field Training: Conduct field training and joint field work with your agency team
Sales Management: Oversee sales meetings and orientations for both new and experienced sales agents
B2B Sales: Support business-to-business employee benefits sales activities and manage accounts
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and other decision-makers
Corporate Culture: Foster a corporate culture characterized by high energy, competition, collaboration, and fun
Broker Relations: Develop and maintain broker relationships
Qualification
Required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales
Experience in building and leading a team of independent sales agents
Recruiting experience
Insurance sales experience
Life & Accident/Health Insurance License - (not required to apply but must be obtained)
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate sales teams
