Responsibilities
Develop, review, update, and maintain Navy Training System Plans (NTSP), Computer Base Training (CBT), Lesson Plans, Training Guides, and other training materials and planning documentation for the execution of Navy training requirements
Develop Computer Based Training (CBT) hosted on Navy e-Learning
Assist in defining training requirements and associated support strategies for systems and equipment
Review and evaluate training strategies/plans, training assessments, integrated learning environment, web-base training, and embedded training
Review and updated Learning Management System (LMS) and non-LMS CBT files, Storyboards, Data Maps, and other applicable training documentation for technical refreshes
Qualification
Required
Must have a High School Diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience
Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (I.e., Project and Excel)
Must have 5 years of experience with CBT development
Must have 5 years of experience with NTSP
Must have an Active DoD Secret Security clearance, and the ability to maintain clearance
Must maintain clearance eligibility to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards
Must be able to work in an office, industrial, or shipboard environment
Be able to lift and move materials not to exceed the guidelines set for one-man lift
Must be able to perform site surveys and carry a laptop computer
Preferred
Experience in Technical Writing for Naval Systems, preferred
Experience with Model Base Product Support (MBPS), preferred
Experience with utilizing Navy Data Environment (NDE) with various modules, preferred
Experience with OPNAVINST 1500.76 Naval Training Systems Requirements, preferred
