Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise-wide security strategy and governance
Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
Oversee cybersecurity program including incident response and vendor SOC
Partner closely with second line cyber and risk teams
Lead DLP initiatives, including AI and emerging technology governance
Manage user access, identity controls, and provisioning standards
Own vulnerability and patch management oversight
Provide executive-level reporting and board updates
Oversee physical security programs including access and surveillance systems

Required

15+ years of progressive security leadership experience
Experience working with boards, regulators, and second line risk teams

Deputy CISO or CSO background
Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CPP)
Experience modernizing legacy security programs
