Covenant Health is seeking a visionary leader for the role of Executive Director, Strategy and Business Development. This position involves leading strategic planning and business development initiatives to enhance patient care and improve organizational performance in the South Puget Sound service areas.

Responsibilities

Spearhead strategy and vision for SPS using data-driven insights to craft business plans and evaluate program potential

Manage strategic capital requests, overseeing the identification, planning, and presentation of proposals to Service Area, Division, and System governance bodies

Develop effective service line growth and outreach programs to optimize evolution and achieve NOI performance goals

Conduct service area portfolio reviews and provide strategic recommendations for annual growth aspirations and market performance

Collaborate with Service Area stakeholders to establish annual budget and multiyear strategic growth goals

Engage in Division and System projects and committees, ensuring best practices are shared and implemented at the Service Area level

Coordinate service line level partnerships and affiliations, overseeing contract development and operational setup

Provide strategic guidance to medical and operational leaders on growth initiatives, ensuring project timeline goals are met

Ensure service line plans are developed and executed consistently, sharing and implementing best practices across all lines
