3+ years expS Piper Staffing LLC is excited to be partnering with one of their clients to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist Tier II or Tier III in Seattle, WA. In this role, you’ll manage account reconciliations, invoicing, and collections while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Reconcile client accounts and payments daily
Review and send delinquency notices when needed
Prepare both group and individual invoices, including complex billing scenarios
Process refunds and other financial transactions accurately
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners
Take ownership of your assigned accounts and support team projects as needed
Share your expertise and collaborate with teammates to improve processes
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Formulas, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc
3+ years of experience working with large-scale accounting and financial systems
3+ years of professional experience as a high-volume Accounts Receivable Specialist or Manager
Excellent attention to detail and very strong organizational skills
Clear, friendly communication style, and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Self-starter who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Comfortable analyzing data and identifying trends and/or discrepancies
