$35/hr - $35/hrThe Judge Group is seeking experienced Datacenter Technicians to support critical onsite infrastructure work. This role involves hands-on tasks in a fast-paced datacenter environment, including hardware management, cabling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Perform rack and stack of servers, network gear, and related hardware
Run, route, and secure cabling (fiber and copper)
Label equipment, cables, and racks according to established standards
Conduct fault detection , basic diagnostics, and hardware checks
Assist with equipment moves, installations, and decommissioning
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe datacenter environment
Follow documented procedures and escalate issues when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong hands‑on datacenter experience (rack/stack, cabling, labeling, troubleshooting)
Ability to lift and move hardware as needed
Familiarity with datacenter safety, handling, and best practices
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Must be able to work onsite at the Mount Pleasant, WI datacenter
Available to start immediately
