Responsibilities

Assist in researching and identifying current and future channel partners

Support the evaluation of partner performance and engagement metrics

Gather insights from partner interactions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Organize and maintain channel partner data in a centralized repository

Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and partner success metrics

Support the development of reports and presentations to assess channel effectiveness

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support channel initiatives

Communicate findings and recommendations to managers and stakeholders

Assist with administrative or operational tasks related to channel development as needed

Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on channel growth

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented and organized
