Developing and maintaining programs and reports to automate routine processes and integrate various systems across the campus
Determining the appropriate technology to implement solutions
Working with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Working with other ITS team members to meet the needs across campus
Participating in troubleshooting and providing support and documentation for existing systems
Ensuring minimal disruptions to campus operations
Effectively and efficiently managing and protecting institutional data
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing ideas for enhanced service delivery and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Motivated programmer
Experience with system administration, integration, automation, and custom development
Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS)
Ability to develop and maintain programs and reports to automate routine processes
Experience integrating various systems across the campus
Ability to determine appropriate technology to implement solutions
Experience working with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Ability to work with other ITS team members to meet campus needs
Experience in troubleshooting and providing support and documentation for existing systems
Ability to manage and protect institutional data effectively and efficiently
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing ideas for enhanced service delivery and efficiency
Understanding of and sensitivity to diversity, inclusion, and equity-minded policies, programs, and practices
