Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer
INEOS Pigments is one of the largest producers of titanium dioxide in North America, providing various products and services to industries worldwide. The Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer will provide engineering support, troubleshoot, and manage projects to ensure safe and reliable manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Design/specify, procure and support installation of all instrumentation and electrical equipment and systems including components that are both analog and discrete, electronic and pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical
Creating/updating documentation (computerized databases, overseeing CAD drawing activities)
Control and safety-relief valves -- design requirements and maintenance assistance
Power distribution (< 69KV), switching, grounding and usage (including VFD and motors)
Interface and communicate non-routine activities between operations and I/E technicians
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of a BS degree in Electrical Engineering
5 to 7 years of related experience in power electrical and process instrumentation and control
Experience with the technical design and support of petro-chemical or batch operations
Basic knowledge of distributed control systems and programmable logic controllers
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Prior experience in Refining/Chemical/Petro-chemicals/Lifesciences industries
Held a similar position that interfaced with operators, technicians, staff engineers, engineering contractors, vendor field engineers and sales representatives
